Re: Controlling Scope as Digital Mixer over wireless Midi
I'm now using TB midi stuff on the ipod... It is a bit difficult to build complex controllers, but for building a small (8 faders & 3 controls + a keyboard for note messages is done in 10 minutes) MIDI remotecontrol it's perfect! My pupils said, I should use "team-viewer". Great idea a...

Re: Controlling Scope as Digital Mixer over wireless Midi
Jippiejay!!!! Tried with the simple free app "symphonic evolution" and it works now IPOD => PC1 (rtp midi => copperlan) => PC2 ( copperlan => SCOPEmidi). I can control scope on second PC through the first PC via WLAN... wired!!! No, not wired :-) So I think I will buy a controller software...

Re: Controlling Scope as Digital Mixer over wireless Midi
Great, everything works as it should. Now I could try with the ipod, but that does not bring too much new... & I hesitate installing the rtp thing in addition... Does that work in combination with copperlan???

Re: Controlling Scope as Digital Mixer over wireless Midi
Copperlan seems to be very easy! I managed to send midi from one reaper on one computer to the other one at the other computer, so I bet it will be easy to send hardware controll-messages to scope!

Re: Controlling Scope as Digital Mixer over wireless Midi
So first thing I did now, was using the old vnc trick! GREAT! It's slow, but I have scope on my eeePC now
... O.K., I can control it but while seeing everything. I bet this will be enough for a soundcheck. THIS IS PURE FUN!

Re: Controlling Scope as Digital Mixer over wireless Midi
So hey... I could use my eeePC for that too?!?! I would just need a midi controller using that wireless midi... So copperlan would be a nice solution? WOW this could be much fun!!!!

Controlling Scope as Digital Mixer over wireless Midi
Hi! I put some old scope cards in my old computer and set it up as a digital mixer (such a cheap but absolutely professional and reliable soultion!!!). I recorded my musicclass in a concert which was great recording, but I wish I could control the mix which is done by scope in parallell while standi...

Re: Best way to measure latency? using external effects via
Main problem I had was with External device - devices (which are a really great invention!!!!), where I could not find the right delay in one sweep, because the knob is too unprecise. I build an own, so now I have a Fader which can aim every sample delay in one long sweep. It's great, having those e...

Best way to measure latency? using external effects via ADAT
Hi! I'd like to measure the latency from adat out to adat in connecting external compressors. I like the possibilities of making parallell compression etc. with external equipement. So I have to set latency for the external devices to mix them wet/dry within scope. Very nice things are possible. But...

FI_SHxxl Open Scope
Here is a rather simple device for having 4 X stereo filters controlled via external input.
You can open it with SDK use the filtermodules for FI_SHx with this device.
have fun
Martin
P.S. Thanks Jimmy for this great idea & project!

Re: ASIO gone after switchback so scope 4.5
That would be O.K., but updating the driver isn't enough. I have to completely reinstall scope 4.5 before seing asio drivers in reaper again...

ASIO gone after switchback so scope 4.5
Hi! I just worked a bit in scope 5 and then switched back to 4.5 - I guess I will do that more often. My SCOPE ASIO drivers are gone in REAPER after switchback & I have to reinstall 4.5. Though just updating the drivers would be enough, but just a complete reinstall helps.... Is there a workarou...

Good on drums ![:-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
Not a reverb, but with drums it sounds like a very dense one.
An old device which I overworked & now it works as it should do!

XTC NEWBIE - Possible to collect basic tips?
Hi!
I just found out, that XTC is pure fun! Now having used VSTs for a long time but reactivating scope, XTC is an option for me. Its so cool to be able to use all my devices from Scope as VSTs too (using the multieffect in XTC).
Is it possible, to collect some basic infos & Tricks for XTC mode?

Re: Trans a-r-t
As allways... Having found a solution for great sounding transient manipulation it would be so cool, to do it frequency-specific, in MS, with modulation effects etc. etc. but right now I want to make music, so lets see what else will come...
