I need to get some RAM upgrade. Gonna put all my current mem in my PentiumII machine. Anyone who knows decent make/type of CAS2 SDRAM 133MHz or more? I run at 140MHz FSB now, could, depending on memory type, go to 150 or so.

CAS2 has the advantage over CAS3 that is higher specification memory which can skip 'check after write'. This makes the memory 150% the speed of CAS3, without creating more heat by overclocking the SDRAM bus.

Ummm, it's not 150% the speed of CAS3, although good try.

I use Crucial, but then again, I also don't like to run my PCI bus out of spec with a SCOPE board on there. I've had Crucial PC133 CL2 (512megs of it) over 144mhz FSB without issues on CUSL2.
