probably some misunderstanding is happening.
I can only testify that I have actually bought a Scope 15 DSP card with 3 Adats from musictech,
brand new in the box never installed and still unwrapped.
I have also seen many other items in the same condition as we happen to live in the same town.

I've won the Scope Project card from him in Ebay and sealed card arrived from Greece to Japan.
With the words of "Sonic Core", it's very easy to find available items from him in Ebay...

I can confirm that I had a smooth and easy transaction with musictech. I looked him up on ebay to check out his feedback then emailed directly.
No problems with paypal payment. I live in the US and got my 14 DSP card in about 3-4 weeks. US Customs held it for a week.
Everything worked perfectly. Smooth transaction, clear communication, no worries.
