What all is needed to recive the SDK for Scope?

Xite yes/no.
I remember if you bought a scope pro card you got the sdk with it(correct me if im wrong)
Im planning my Xite purchase now for the future and I need that SDK to contribute to the continuing longevity of this very unmatched platform.
