New Plugiator discussion group creation request

As for the new Xite discussion group, would it be possible to have a new group dedicated to Use Audio products about the Plugiator and ASX/X-Synth boards ?

Then it would be really clear to everybody where to find information and discuss about the differents products using the CreamWare Scope technology:
- NOAH
- ASB
- XITE
...
- PLUGIATOR and ASX/X-Synth

And then move the different topics about these product to this new groups.

I think it's a good idea to have separate sections for SC and UA products. Their production lines are separating completely for the future with the different protection schemes and different plugs and hardwares.

Both of them have inherited the Creamware technology and it's natural that PlanetZ will be a place where both productions will be discussed, let's remember that this is a user forum, not companies' forum.

But I imagine that all things related to support, activations and all the normal issues that usually are debated here, if related to different companies should not mix, mainly for a more clear and less confusing information service to the users.

The idea is just to keep thing seperated so that anybody can find its way in the forum and focus on ones center of interest.

Personally I think we already have too many sub-forums, at least for the user base of this board, I think we're spread pretty thin already. I vote no but I think some re-arranging could be nice, for example grouping the hardware discussions in one forum.

Let Frank Hund get his own forum for the desktop stuff. I never tried the Plugiator, or have no reason to, but it seems to be a great idea and value.

JBowen has his own such place for discussions of Solaris and Scope Plugs.

It was a good idea for the discussion though, so thanks for that too.

Well, I think that basically things will happen if necessary...if some Plugiator discussion will happen in the current forums, depending on quantity, it will be evident what will be the best thing to do....after all the current ASB forum is actually hosting the discussion.
