How does this look for an Xcite system

Trying to get ready for Excite and I came accross this system on Craig's list. Trying to find the exact out which ASUS MB... tell me what you think based on this info as far as potential problems or benefits:

Brand new Intel Core 2 Duo e6320 CPU with 4mb cache. • Brand New Asus motherboard with many features/bios settings, very reliable and stable – not overclocked but you can if you wish to. • New 2gb Kingston Dual Channel Memory Kit. (DUAL CHANNEL kit give 128bit data transfer path versus 64bit for standard single channel normally found in computers). • Brand New 250gb Seagate HD. • LG 20x DVDRW DUAL LAYER WRITER, new. (removed to lower price, can include +$35, or lower price used one) • 8 USB 2.0 ports, 4 rear, 2 front & 2 onboard. • Intel Media accelerator 950 PCIe bus. • Upgradeable via PCI-express x16 slots, plus other standard slots and connectors. • GigaLAN, for DSL or Cable Internet & homeoffice networks. • 6ch HD Audio channel surround sound, plus SPDIF DIGITAL output (onboard) for Dolby Digital Surround Sound HT receivers (direct decoding of digital signal using your home theater equipment if you choose to). • Onboard SATA (3gbs), 4 drives with Raid plus 2 fast IDE additional drives (total of 6 drives!). • Brand New case with 2 USB & Audio plugs on front. The case has room for larger size cooling fans (90mm) should you want in the future. Case has integrated DVDRW cover to make it flush with rest of case (top drive bay in photos). • Brand new 480w power supply. • Quiet, reliable fast computer. Very clean interior cable installation, looks great and keeps interior cooler with better airflow. • Software installed: Reinstalled fresh and stable Windows XP Pro Edition (with SP2 & all current MS update patches/security updates) & additional software: Antivirus, DVD player, burner, video editing, word processing, graphic editing etc. Please ask. • Has all current system drivers installed (chipset, audio, Lan, video etc). And Asus Bios flashed with current version rom.

Thanks,
