i drag a program to sts3000. everything is working(velo,mod wheel,vol) but bend is not working. midi light of sts3000 is blinking when i pushed my bender up/down. so bend signal is recieving by sts3000. also i set bend +2/-2 at program/pitch/bend wheel up/down. but what is mode=held? it doesn't give me any option.
very minor problem but can't figure it out.
the Mode is the reason but how to switch held to normal?

It means that movement of the pitch wheel will only effect new notes, not ones that are already playing.

Just click on it, and drag up & down
As to why you don't appear to be getting any pitch change, I can't say (unless you were trying to adjust the pitch of already playing notes!)

I wonder why STS seems to default to 'held' rather than 'normal' for its pitch-shifting..?
A bit odd methinks.
