Does scope V7 run ok and stable on 32 bit xp

Post by Chilliman »

I see the guys have a summer sale on. I'd like to update to v7 as long as it's fully compatible. I'm really loathed to upset the applecart when things are working well.
At the moment, I'm on 5.0. it's never been quite as stable as 4 for me, but man it looks so much better.

Is the SDK thing easy to use?

I used scope 5.1 in xp, which was rock solid, but it might depend which functionality you use.
The SDK is a universe of possibilities to enhance your devices. But you need to invest some time to get an idea how to use it.
There are some tutorials on youtube, which you could follow.

I learned to respect the work behind scope synths while playing with SDK :)

Well, installed. Little bit crashy. But I'll work out why it fights on some things.
Looks much nicer.
