I bought the scope dsp 6 professional, but it doesn't work, looks sooooo different. What can I do? 299€ gone. Should I try the scope 6 studio pro for only 999€?

If data acquisition is your gig, those look like some hard-rocking units at a great price!

Marco, I'd take the Ibanez and wait for S|C Scope 7.

Okay irony off. I wait for the 7. The Ibanez is nice but I have already so many guitars. I think about a Ibanez SRA7 Bass.

When in the Soonzone I guess speculation is in order :)

What kind og "some thing" do you guys expect to see?
It is kinda official that a new version of Scope are in the works, so this would be my guess.

And when will it make sense to present this "some thing"?
Namm in January?
Musik Messe in April?
Other events that would make sense?

Just trying to create a bit of hype - can't see the harm in that :)

Hopopopop ! Calm down ! Which year ? 2018 ? 2019 ? 2035 ? 2120 ?

S|C updated his web site ! This is already huge ! Now, we must calm down, and it can take several decades. I just hope my 9 years old son will have children who, with some luck, will see Scope 6 or 7 before they die. Don't forget that time is a relative concept ! Depending of the speed (very high speed, almost light speed) and gravity ! And maybe S|C travels at 97% of lightspeed. This would explain why from our point of view, everything from S|C looks so slow when they release there work at a normal speed for their point of view. Like the Langevin twins.

Or they live close to a black hole, it would explain the same.
Alas, us, users, don't live on the same place or at the same speed.

Yeah....I've been busier than a Tijuana whore on dollar night....built a new room for synths & XITE-1.
I might actually get around to moving the gear this winter.
From what I understand, yes, Scope 7 will be the next iteration.
Thanx Gary & Holger for keeping this alive while I've been buried with work.
Looking forward to spending some time in the new studio w/ Scope 7....soon.

I remember the hurry up threads about the XITE-1, then Solaris.

I paid in advance for mine to speed things up.
It worked.

So maybe we can get a ball park figure for the upgrade, then kick in 50%.

The following week Scope 7 will be at the ftp.

Me too.

Patience paid off as my XITE-1 helped pay off a loan to gangsters for my house, and the privilige to be taxed at a higher rate.
XITE-1 was so successful I have the privilige of paying a penalty for paying off the first wave of gangsters, its called personal property tax.
Before that I was living in poverty with PCI Cards and convinced I was fortunate.
XITE-1 changed my life.
