Xtreme Cut Pro

Post by Shroomz~> »

Hi all,

I'm very pleased to give you my latest device for Scope - Xtreme Cut Pro.

Xtreme Cut Pro is a unique & versatile High Pass/Low Pass Filter/EQ designed with creative sound sculpting of stereo signals in mind.

Special thanks to all the beta testers who've provided me with high levels of feedback during the beta testing process of this device.

~ User Manual is in the works.

cheers,
Mark

Wow nice GUI. Very minor point, but if you click on the word IN it does something odd as if it's not fixed to the GUI.

I might consider making a reso edition at some point but this is just meant to be HP & LP cuts with frequency modulation providing the tools required for the creation of custom band passes that can be modulated. There's a hell of a lot you can do with it actually, especially when you switch split mode on & set up offset or different modulations for L & R. I really need to write the user manual. :)

Cheers!

Sounds great on my 4 way Flexor III Lead Synth Patch. I have it working as an HP/LP Filter loop that adds a great dynamic effect to the sound. The HP can be heard, and is it fades out the LP finishes the sequence.

Very Nice........Ankyu.

No problemo. A version with resonant filters would need to have less slope modes to be able to still fit on 1 dsp, but it's definitely possible & would probably be pretty cool. :)

Yeah it grew in more ways than one from when you tried the early beta versions. Only those who actually gave me some decent feedback on those early ones received the rest of the beta releases which was only 4 from 8. 2 of the 8 didn't even get back to me at all after saying they'd beta test. Ah well, maybe they thought they were getting in on something that was gonna be commercial. :D
