hardware version 30 detected

Hi
I get this error:
hardware version 30 detected. This hardware requires a software update. please consult installation guide

can not start up Scope, can not uninstall
what now again?

I've got that message a couple of times when SFP couldn't detect the card - for example when I had removed the card and started the (still) installed software.
Is the card properly seated in the slot and not 'hidden' by something else (for example in a 'shared slot') ?

this is crazy!!!!
now for about two days I had a stable system
I get all kind of messageses never seen before

just brought back the scope board to the shop so they can test it, all trouble started when I put that board.

just come off the phone with CW they tell me to put pc in standard mode(not acpi) now it is really fucked up and only sees one off the two boards left in the system.

ok I know have to start again with format C:

can this be a mobo defect??
