Do you have a Pulsar3.0 installed? Try rightclick in the empty space righthand side of listed device folders (top Project View).

nope. Under the Name of the project (top of Window View, not other half of Pulsarbar)
hope i don't have a buggy version.

Under the name of the project, i have the drop down menu (Aux-Effects, Effects, Hardware IOs, etc....) and nothing happen...

...when I right-click into the empty space the listed device folders become coloured.

a pitty though it resets if you click somethink else in Pulsar than the bar
