Planet Z forums link has changed

The Planet Z forums link is now http://www.planetz.com/forums

instead of planetz.ghostwheel.com/forums

All the links from the other planetz pages are updated, so this should only affect those that were directly linking to the ghostwheel site.

yes indeed, i forgot to update the domain name stored in the forum cookies. it's fixed now.
