Can 2 pulsar 1 's be in the same Machine ?

If so how and what would I need to do this.

Of cource yes, you will need two pulsar hardware cards and STDM cable (see the user manual). To intall the second pulsar1 just like you install any other PCI-Card, it is very simple process.
