LFO Triggers

Post by Music Manic »

Just continuing Jimmy's recreation of Baba O'Riley....... Are there any LFO triggers in modular that triggers the oscillators.

I'm no Mod expert so be gentle!

Thanks

It's called Osc Sync, use osc's with sync input.

the lfo gate input is a trigger input

osc sync input on slave re-triggers to the saw output of the master but you can use 2 slave osc and use the output from the first slave into the sync input then any pitch change to either and the slave will re-trigger to the to the master saw output

if you want the oscillators just to both start at same phase you can use a gate to sync every time a key is pressed the gate output will reset the osc at start phase

so on lfo you could use a gate sequence to re-trigger envelopes and lfo for modulation effects
