FM Operator Feedback

Hi All,
Looking for some advice on how to feedback an FM operator into itself in a patch. Anybody done this already? Would you simply use the modulation inputs?

yes use the modulation inputs take the output and feed it into the modulation input for added control take it to a log vca first or a mix1 module from the bcmodular for added modulation source and control the feedback via lfo or envelope for added control

i like doing fm better with flexor oscs.
2 flexor saw oscs --> saw to tri/sin shapers, then one of the oscs into a vca and into the other osc's fm modulation input. add oscs as intended
