Is this possible in modular? I want to receive audio input in modular and then convert pitch to note which is going out from Modular to control Minimax (for example)???
I have flexor 3 and i see some tools there but apparently i am not so skilled to connect that in working system.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

hi,
frequency detection isn't a simple task, to say the least. it works almost always imprecise.
if you find any software that can make it in a proper way, please tell me.

Re: Audio pitch to midi note converter
look for alphonso's Zing patch on adern's site. it doesn't output midi, but has an 'internal' synth.
mccy had some guitarsynths, but I guess these need to have all circumstances met to work properly. I didn't have much success.
the Zing modular is great though. I had a oboe player play some mean mono synth.
