Modular sequencer

Post by JoPo »

Hi...

Like everyone, I'm trying Mod IV. I wanted to use a pitch sequencer but it didn't want to work ! After 2 hours of trying, I decided to reload my project and it worked ! In fact, I discovered that all the sequencer modules of mod II, III & IV was not changing their phrase when moving their settings... For example, when I wanted to change the pitch of a step, it didn't change at all untill I load again the whole saved modular...

I'd like to know if someone has the same issue with his Xite cause I'm wondering if it's a Xite bug or if it's my system wich goes stupid.

Many thanks...

Please ! Help, someone !
Just try a mod III sequenced patch to tell me if you may tweak the sequencer modules. Here, since I installed Mod IV, the sequencer modules won't refresh the signal they're sending to the other modules ! I move some sequencer pitch fader module without any result on the sound !

I'd just like to know if I'm alone in this case...

it works ok here.
in case you used the second out of clockDividerB: they didn’t bugfix this module = out2 is still buggy, showing the results you mentioned.

Aaah !!! An answer !!! Thank you very much ! I thought I was invisible.

I must say that I have this issue with all the sequencer module exept the Flexor ones. And whatever clockdivider I use. I really don't understand.

Did you try with a Xite ?? I must check with someone who has got a Xite.

I've got an SC guy answer (if some Xite owner people would get crazy as I was) :
It is an Xite issue and you just have to assign the modular to one of the first 6 dsps and it works as it should. But after that, impossible to load any seq module but original ones ! I get optimization message which say it cannot load (don't remember name's) module !

The guy told me also that they're working on this issue.

Your Rez dev. is a fine way to example the Oscillator.
A fixed frequency then tweak the Constant module and Voila.......Serious sweepage..
I am going to try to output the other Oscillators into the Freq. in of the Rez Oscs'a but I nned a conversion module.

Thanks JoPo....
