this is no official forum of creamware or sonic core, so why should it be an official forum of adern?
they already have one, so what's the point in having another?

lots of people over here use cubase, but still there is no dedicated cubase forum on PZ... 8)

and who do you think will decide for you which are exactly the best patches?
opinions on "the best patches" or "the best vsti" differ a lot, as soon as more than one person is involved.
if you're expecting other people to separate wheat from the chaff for you you're maybe on the wrong planet... ;)

ps. what is, btw, your source that tells you the good from the bad vsti? just for curiosity...

You could try making your own. Then at least your patches will be up to your standard of 'best'

There is no specific topic for flexor here but in modular topic, you will find stuff for both mod & flexor extensions (not only though).

By the way, where did you see that people producing psy trance are not searching for innovative sounds by themselves?

I have a little segue that some guys here call Psy, whatever the Hell that is, and I use JBowen's Tube Filter on a pair of Oscillators, and the other pair have Flexor's LP Butter.
Sure my analog synths have a better resonance curve and the low end using high resonance cannot be emulated by DSP/VSTi's yet, but the above mentioned Filters are excellent from 160Hz and above. I am not sure why the " Tom Sawyer " frequencies cannot be emulated but that is why I keep my analog. Otherwise I think the Filters made with Scope atoms sound excellent.
I was on the fence when I first started swapping hardware for software, and I had the choice of KymaX Capybara 320, Nord Modular and Scope. Guess who won..?

They're not. They too are DSP based, and the Nord is not as powerful as multiple Scope cards.
Perhaps you should try a JBowen synth.
I have a feeling you haven't heard Scope's finest examples.
There are many patches but only you know what sound you want.
Here's some heavy Resonance which is what I think you are wanting more of.
I also love resonance and high filter cutoff's. They are great for sustaining a chord or lead while I jump to another keyboard. It's cool to be into another sound while still hearing that " YEEOOOWWW" of resonance decaying.......

IMO the filters in the Scope synths are the key differentiator.

Anyone else noticed Nordmod v2, released after Adern's Flexor, used very similar names for their new modules? I can't help wondering weither these names would independantly come out naturally anywhere, as if there were underlying deeper reasons, or if the people at Clavia took a little peek. :)
