Looking for Pulsar 1 or 2 &/A16/A16 Ultra to compliment my Pulsar 2 & adat HD24XR

I want to go 24 i/o (via lightpipe0 of the adat HD24XR + simultaneouly use the A16/A16 Ultra (if possible).

24-bit 48kHz is OK but woul like to implement S-MUX 96kHz too

I have a Pulsar 2 I am not using anymore with XLR input/output breakout as well as scope 7 and zarg package. Mainly don't use it cuz my new mobo has no PCI slots

I only have 1 slot and was planning on trying PCIe - to - PCI converter which apparently (doesn't work very well)?
