Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sonic-Core-Scop ... 2483134373
found this by chance today. No PCIe card though which is strange. Smells like a used gear shop/dealer or pawn shop.
Guess it will be a grab bag for what's registered on the keys.
My apologies if this is anyone here selling this.

I came across that yesterday too, then read "no PCIe card, no cables",- and no word about software and keys too.yayajohn wrote: found this by chance today. No PCIe card though which is strange. Smells like a used gear shop/dealer or pawn shop.

Now, when it arrives, how to test functionality ?
Maybe it´s intentional because it´s broken,- no ?
I´d be VERY carefull though ...

Re: Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
It seems to come with a 30-day return, which is backed by ebay, so it might not be too much of a gamble. At least an expresscard can be purchased from Sonic-Core for relatively cheap, probably a PCIe card can be found as well by contacting Sonic-core directly.
Re: Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
if anyone decides to buy this, i suggest getting the serial number and checking with me. there is one rogue XITE-1 out there that will never be supported by SC as it was stolen.
Re: Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
Stolen from SC - or a user ?
Re: Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
either way, still stolen, but stolen from SC...
Re: Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
I emailed the seller because I was curious and asked for the serial number. He refused to give me the serial number...
Re: Ebay listing: Xite-1 for cheap
- guess that's it then !

Someone should inform ebay then.53E7 wrote:I emailed the seller because I was curious and asked for the serial number. He refused to give me the serial number...
There should be a way warning potential buyers before stepping into a "sold as is" trap.

Yeah, we're advised by sonic core themselves not to divulge the serial number. This isn't a completely wonky sale. I probably wouldn't hand it out to anyone who asked for it.

It was sold for 1500 what a shame

21 days to test out the unit and decide to keep it or not.
If it shows back up chances are the buyer didn't have a clue how to use the unit.
Nice bargaining chip when you tell the seller you know it was returned.
Offer them 1 large and skate with a nice spare....
