Registering a second hand PCI card.

Post by Polarity »

Hello,

A week ago I got a second hand Pulsar 2 Plus card with Scope 4.5 and keyfile for that.
but I'm using it now coupled with my own Pulsar 2 Plus, already with Scope 5.1, to have 12 DSPs system.

Does any sense to register this "new" card of mine at SonicCore?
It would be meant just for the change of ownership, not for having keyfiles that I have already.
It didn't bring to me new other plugins that I don't have already.
Thanks :)

I'm not sure, but I don't think Sonic Core keeps track of the registrations...

You don't need to do anything if you already have Scope 5.1. It will just act as a booster.

SonicCore does not register Creamware hardware or it's users.
since you already have a v5.1 keyfile, you are set, as long as both cards are in the same computer connected by an s/tdm cable. there's no need to do anything more.
