probably some misunderstanding is happening.
I can only testify that I have actually bought a Scope 15 DSP card with 3 Adats from musictech,
brand new in the box never installed and still unwrapped.
I have also seen many other items in the same condition as we happen to live in the same town.

I can confirm that I had a smooth and easy transaction with musictech. I looked him up on ebay to check out his feedback then emailed directly.
No problems with paypal payment. I live in the US and got my 14 DSP card in about 3-4 weeks. US Customs held it for a week.
