The DMTI is a good box. It has I/O for Kurzweil, but also four spdif/AES i/o's and ADAT, with word clock. It's 44.1khz or 48 khz.
I had two soundcards and Kurzweil coming into the Scope mixer with it, usually AES in and ADAT out. Some combinations would sync through it that otherwise wouldn't.
