SpaceF's Echo 35

Post by dawman »

Pure Sines are so relaxing when modulated. RD II modules have a single pair on one Oscillator that sounds beautiful by itself. But in ProWave both Oscillators carry the module so they can be detuned naturally.
I tried my hardware, software, and couldn't find the right delay. Since the synth preset has an envelope release like a strummed acoustic nylon, the actual repeats are hard to distinguish. Then SpaceF said " Let There Be Delay,...Then There Was Delay, And It Was Good. " I was shocked at the versatility of this awesome delay, which has no equal in software or hardware IMHO.

I will not think of this device as an Echo, or Delay again. But more of a layering, or painting device. The Spectrum Feedback module is just another incredible way of rolling your own w/ SFP.

This patch is to die 4. I can do a nice harpish lick, and while it sustains and warrbles around in luscious swirly paint, I am already responding w/ a FAT BASTARD PAD from Solaris on KS88 #2.

If I Had Purchased Scope In '98, I Could Have Been A Contender,
