Removing Processes In Task Manager

Been enjoying my latest build.
I have everything I need so I have disabled Anti Virus, and Windows Defender.
Also uninstalled Acronis and every app including the Internet/Google, and disabled LAN 1/2.

I see an incredible amount of shit that I wouldn't mind learning how to disable.
I'm sure on start up they all become activated again, but can I remove these once started so they aren't running.

Any reading tips would be appreciated too.
My programs in the control panel are really cut down.
Don't even have 7Zip or RAR.
Everything going into this computer is scanned then transferred via USB Sticks, or Sabrent HDD/SSD External case.

Ankyu

I saw others, these look better.
Thanks.

From all my tweaking I found that in the BIOS choosing PCI Express for GFX was the best choice.
Trying to strive for perfection I chose onboard GFX since I have no card.
It really messes with Sample buffers for some reason.
Using PCI Express gives no option for RAM Allocation, but things run like greased lightning.

Even my Magician Caching Software (Benchmarking/Over provisioning) for Samsung drives shows ridiculous seq. Read speeds and random I/Ops is 273,000.....!!!!

Obviously samples and RAM work much better when the PCI Express option is set, and Magician software caching doesn't share the same RAM that is used when Onboard iGPU is the choice....?

Thanks.

Would love to try SyncHost viewer app.
Works for XP and 7.
No mention of 8.

After removing the final few apps needed to test and clone drives it seems the machine is about as fine tuned as it's going to get.

the BEST process viewer: SysInternals' Process Explorer
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint ... s-explorer

It helps you figure out what each process is before killing it. Just right-click on a process, and select "Search Online". It also shows the tree of a process (so you can see if it is related to something else you really do need).

Also, AlacrityPC is one good tool I've used to automatically kill processes (and restart them if you want).
