I have PCI cards and the bug is still there.

Do you mean the sequencer bug or the sampler bug ?

The sampler bug on 64 bit OS is right to be there, the sequencer bug should not happen on pci cards.

Sequencer bug is there on PCI cards.

this is strange, i have pci cards too and all is fine.

How can i reproduce it?
