Haven't many new - substantial - synths lately for Pulsar. Or have I missed something ? Has development on Pulsar/Scope really slowed down ?

Have you seen the Pro One? FAT. I use it for basslines. Has fantastic arpeggiator! Zarg. With Transplanet from Defex for me the device of the summer.
Happy pulsaring

Transplanet's definitely a hot one (as is that Transplanet mutant he recently did), I hope Defex starts releasing commercial synths soon so it'll be worth his while to get more stuff out. With the incredible bundle deals going on over at CW & Zarg right now, my problem is not over a lack of devices coming out but, rather, figuring out how to justify laying down another grand for the stuff by the end of the summer.

I know what you mean, I've been spending a bit lately too - and I love it ! And which is why I'm looking around for more.

I notice that the Zarg Rotor 48 has had some rave reviews in the devices forum.

Does anyone know where there are some example sound files of this? The testimonials are pretty convincing but I'd like to hear what it can do first....

There's a demo of the Rotor 48 at http://www.zargmusic.com/html1/ with a (very annoying) 3 minute time-out.

It will give you a good idea of its capabillities, eventhough 3 minutes is a bit short for my taste for a device making long swept pads all over the place, but give it a try

There's also a sound-sample at the same location.

Cheers
