hi guys,
in the moment i´m too much working outside the family ... and outside the web! can therefor anyone tell me what the state of progress in updating pulsar 2.04 to 3.0?
the fact thet it is coming with the xtc-software (like they told me during the fair frankfurt) is not real, isn´t it?
thank you for any request!

they have difficulties with WDM drivers and integration of XTC into Win2k. XTC standalone is out. From time to time they announce another two weeks to go, last time about 4 weeks ago. Meanwhile please listen to "I believe in miracles".
Happy pulsaring
Micha

thanx micha!

i will be back next week an then stay here and follow the discussions more intensively ...

if somthing is happening - let me know!

so, i´ve got too much work also in building up our new studio in hannover - more then later - pulsar´s integrated but surely not that important for recording...

thanx

wise decision, horrn.

if i expand my setup with a dedicated w2k machine, i´ll get me an rme-card for that one, and use pulsar as realtime processing-pool via the adat i/o´s, if no w2k-support is given for creamware cards.

win9x works quite fine until now, but... w2k is definetively best for next generation computers. want to use gigabytes of ram, and more than just one cpu.

wait no more...
W2K IS HERE !!!

beta, but *it works* ok on my machine !!
..very happy here!! it's been a long wait

I first installed the WDM drivers via Hardware-Manager, new driver (ther had been yellow questionmakrs for the Pulsar PCI cards before..)

then the Pulsar2K setup
then Cubase 5 VST
and..
Pulsar ROCKS on W2K!

Cheers

hey air pollo,
i wish i could.
since cw made so nice p.shifter, it should be easy to manage pitches.....
but all i can do is to get all the juice of the modulars....
did you try any of the "Synth Guitar" (not only for guitar, try to sing in them) patches i made for mod 2 & 1 ?
they bring on something new.
i wish i had DP!!!
ciao, alfonso

no, I haven't been able to use the Modular yet. I need to register it first. (MAC)
