Ranking devices & patches

Could there be a separate ranking category in the devices & patches area so you could get a list from highest rated to lowest ?

It seems a shame that newly posted (but not necessarily the best) devices can push some of the other good ones down the list.

And taken another step further, maybe they could be ranked like a music top 10: weeks at number one, moving up or down etc

Just a thought...

one problem though: it seems people comment on a patch quite often, but rarely rate, so it seems that this might not be the most accurate system, unless a rating "forced" when someone gives a review (or at least make it more conducive to do so).

you can just click on the "rating" column heading to sort the list from highest rated to lowest. is that what you mean?

Er...yes. Stupid me.

But I have noticed that people don't rate too often - a shame methinks.
