no, sorry. drivers don't work that way.

nobody's PCI slots are "native" anymore. unless the motherboard is socket 1155 or of that age(when native PCI was FIRST discontinued by everybody), the PCI slots with the 3rd party controllers on the current motherboards work just fine.

just get a motherboard with PCI slots....
the adapter probably works, though.
gonna make a custom case?

board with 3 pci slots is no option. i have 3 creamware cards and a motherboard with 2 pci slots + pcie slots. so one pci card will need a pci adapter.

custom case wont be a problem.

Latency might be an issue with that larger array. If you can ensure your primary card is in one of the PCI slots on the board (and preferably one that doesn't share resources with any demanding peripheral) then things should be fine, the slot is providing power and basic timing at that point I believe. Make sure you have your STDM cables correct too of course.
