Hey erminardi. I'm sure the last time I read your sig you had three cards equalling pure joy! Now you have five!! How can you possibly contain yourself ;)

I think the best thing for everyone unsure about the future of Creamware and support is to sell thier cards. I wil do my best to give you all a decent offer but you must understand these cards are now worthless ...mohahaha

A pre production of the upcoming show in Vegas this spring..................................Gay Aerobics On The Beach, w/ Jilad.

Hey for the light hearted, David Hasselhoff is coming to Vegas to perform in the Producers.
The original one w/ Zero Mostel, and Gene Wilder was absolutely hysterical. The more recent one w/ Uma Thurman was extremely weak.
Even the play on Broadway was better than that. Nobody beats Mel Brooks.

Springtime For Hitler, And Germany................ da-da, da da da da da,...
One of the silliest movies I ever saw.

Unfortunately, it seems Creamware are bankrupt again.

There is a German online register for insolvency . It says in document "99 IN 386/06" that the court of Bonn opened an insolvency procedure (§§ 21, 22 InsO) on the 18th of December 2006 at 3:12 pm concerning the company CreamWare Audio GmbH.

This is somewhat like "Chapter 11" in the USA.

So unless we get news from Creamware to let us know what happens next, it seems it's curtain for now.

while the registry thing is correct, the rest is wrong. this kind of rumor mongering is the kind of thing that could wreck the company for real and for good. this is a small matter, not like the original insolvancy. there are no bank creditors lining up for payment. there's no need for the corp to be dissolved. the matter could be discussed, but it's a private, court matter. stop creating panic unnessessarily. if you wish to argue with me about my post, do it via pm.

the company is alive and functioning. i've gotten product and new keyfiles since that date.
