The first release of Modular Mixer v 2 contains the following devices (approx 42/43 MB):

Channels v2 : advanced effect channels (6 different modules)

• S4.dev – 4 Stereo Channels

Routers : 12, 16 and 20 channels, 5 busses (14 different modules - or more exactly, 3 different modules with several variations each). The numbers in the device refer to the channels modules: for example a “4-4-8” means that the user will use 2 modules of 4 channels at the top, and one module of 8 at the bottom. 8-8 means that it is made for 2 modules of 8 channels. “Standard” means that there is no spacer on the input pads.
Please also note that Routers with 5 bus are the best to use for large mixers (20/24 channel mixers), however, additional routers with 6 and 7 busses are available in case they fit your projects.

20 channels + 7 bus appears oversized for Scope Xite in most cases. They can be nice with 12 or 16 channels but 20 is a lot. Anyways, 4 "R207" variations are available as a "gift bonus" :

Master Bus: (5 modules) The master bus v2 now include 2 "x-wave" channels + 2 rec channels.

Modular Mixer v2 concentrates on getting the cleanest routing window possible. The following modules are made for this purpose only.


Corners and Routers: they are surface-less modules for the project window. they allow achieving better looking routing by avoiding cables overlapping devices or by setting cables angles where you need them to be (out of your sight in general
legend: L=Left, R=Right, T=Top, B=Bottom, "=" = going to.
example: "Doubler 2 Inputs-L=T B.dev" means : 2 inputs on the left , going to outputs on the top and at the bottom of the module.

Where is page 14?

I have your Modular Mixer v1. Can I use those modules with the v2 modules? Optimized for XITE?

Yes they are compatible, you can use a mixture of modules from v1 and/or v2.

page 14...: sorry it is a copy/paste from the manual , i missed that reference to page 14 of the manual.

I updated the content list with R125-4-8.dev.

If I had Version 1, can I update to version 2?

I suppose the question is also about getting a cheaper price to get v 2 when you already have v 1

The truth is I don't know yet and it does not only depend on me: sales and activations are managed by S|C and I don't know if they can take the time to check who bought what. As activation is a manual process, it is time and work on S|C part.

I will ask to them in 2 days, to see how it can be done, but if it is too difficult to manage, then I suppose the cheaper prices will when there is a promotion/discounts.
As an excuse, please consider that SpaceF stuff is not the most expensive I think: it is the result of negotiations between SC and me, they have been cool so far (some stuffcould have been more expensive ) .

In 2 days because this week-end I will check the 7bus/3 aux modules, and could include a few of them now rather than waiting for a "pack 2" that people would have to pay for again. So it would already be a hidden discount or free stuff from the start, lol, but of course it can't be advertised and the week-end is not finished so it is not sure what can be done.

I just hope whatever will be done in this respect will be fine with you guys.

All I know is whenever I slow down and sit, I feverishly check the shop for the Modz.

Mixers n FX all at once....

I updated the list with 6 and 7 bus routers, 2 master bus with 3 internal/external aux, a couple of 3 aux "corners", and an insert to setup Aux routing (stereo/Left/Right/Mono Merge -6dB).
I think I am done and need vacations ....

I can’t wait to try the Corners and other combinations.

PFL can be created by turning down Mix levels on the Routers which will make IEMs w/ adjustable click track levels a walk in the park ....sweet.

that's exactly the purpose of the latest devices: how it began and how they are made... the next steps is more delicate but i beleive possible...

nope, they are different keys.

You should offer v1 too.

These mixers allow much more to be loaded than v1.
Today Im going to try various AUX treats and corners etc.
I was up all night playing with these.
They’re unhealthy......
