about the issues with the gateway plugin and sequencer modules issues in general on xite - we promise to look into this and not ignore it! i can not absolutely promise it will be solved, but i CAN promise we will try and do our best!

also about the suggestions for an expanded trancegate plugin - we have thought about something like that as well, stay tuned! ;)

Cool.
You should be able to sort it. Something must just be done different on xite compared to the pci cards. As Mattomat, loop, xtreme cut pro (this has a re triggering step sequencer with in it).. they work fine!

matomat probably use another method, but yes, this should be fixable. is this happening for you just on gateway or on storm too?

guys lets concentrate on what DOES work, which is everything except 1 out of 16 plugins and that one being a bonus to an already established bundle :)

It's like this on ocean storm too, I'm sad to say!

So yeah the step sequencinging needs sorting.

New software has to work perfectly on xite!

I have faith in you but it's very frustrating... I can be a beta tester if you want before you release stuff.

would love to hear those presets!!!! in fact - make you a deal mate - send us a half-full bank and above (at least 60 presets) for either pi2525 or storm and get those mentioned upgrades before anyone else :) we would love to include user-presets with next update! :)

that goes for anyone else who wants in on this too! ;)

we checked with some other xite users and they don't have this sequencer problem, storm + gateway sequencers running fine for them, as should and as we tested. but we will look into this more and try to solve it for you!

Who's that? Any chance you can put me in contact with them so as to find out what may be different with there set up. If you say they have it working fine without having to switch sample rates I'm hopeful that they have some of the older scope modules working fine as well (sb404 for example)

Anyhows to throw back a bit of positivity as I'm over the initial heartache, lol.

All your stuff sounds amazing!

on it! pointed one of the dudes to this topic :)

glad you dig the stuff! this is the tip of the iceberg of our plans guys :) you supporting means us making things like insane scope-oholics, everyone wins! there are more plugins and bundles for sale coming, more upgrades to existing bundles coming, more free devices coming, modular patches, modular modules, core scope routing window modules, all new technologies into scope, its all going on all the time full power!

Running both gateway and ocean storm sequencers just fine on my xite at 44.1 sample rate. For me it's s simple as running audio through the inputs. Sorry it's not working out for you, Liquid Edge.

Cool I'll pm you, to my knowledge this issue is confirmed by me tau and catscratch.

I'm on Windows xp 32 bit.

I also have that problem on XITE-1 with the Trance Gate on Ocean storm and Gateway. The changes on the GUI only take place if I change the sample rate settings from slave to master (and back again since XITE is slaved to my Scope PCI Platform) or if I change sample rate in Scope PCI from 48kHz to 44.1 (since that is the master) and then back again.

Just tried out SB404 and also the same issue with its sequencer. Hopefully SC can find an answer to this, as this has been a long standing bug.

BTW, I am running on Windows 7 32bit.

If it happens only to some Xite-1 but not to others, could this possibly be down to a hardware issue, perhaps a batch of Xite's. I am one of the early adopters of the Xite, purchased mine in Dec 2009. I wonder if other users experiencing this also bought their Xite's early on, as that could be one possibility, as it is industry practise that a batch of PCB's can sometimes be prepped at a different location or by a different firm even and thus have slight differences from another batch. Perhaps getting a list of serial numbers together might help to trace this issue, just as another possible path to try and solve this. If so, where could we submit this info so that SC might be able to see a pattern. Just wanted to mention as a possibility.
