Is it possible to get another PCI-x card for the Xite-1? - Just thinking if there was ever another computer, would it be possible to add another PCI-X card only to a computer so that the Xite-1 could just plug into it??? - therefore it would be convenient to just switch between computers.
Would be very handy....

no, it's a PCI-e card.
but yes, you can get one of those. you can order from S|C, write to sales.

That means I could get another small form PC and place it on top of the other which would be directly below the Xite-1.
Of course the Xite-1 is all cabled up so it would be a case of swapping over a cable - very simple.....and the beloved Cubase VST 5 can be used....
