Rack ears for ASB modules?

Does anyone no where I can get rack ears that that will fit the asb modules? (I'm assuming you have to remove the wood side rails first.) I have a Pro 12 and Prodyssey. Thanks!

If you cant get them they could be really easily made by anyone with a drill and a bending brake.

Yeah I was hoping that they might fit some standard rack ears. If not, then I will have to go that route. Thanks.
