Saving presets fron the remote software

maybe you have the same problem i initially had. The complete process of saving patches is:
- Save the patch in the NRS
- Synchronize your configuration to get the patch stored into the Noah.
After this, you should see your patch name in the Noah display even after power up, and NRS also has it available afterwards.
I think this sync process is quite important in many places. And it seems you can't do lots of thinks and do something like a "complete sync" afterwards, as only the last change gets synced then.
