Hey
I installed the oxe found in the creamware website for the Noah.
I opened it in the Noah but no sound for the profit 5.. .
it must be the fact I have no key. .
do you know if we can buy it or something else ?

...with a photo of the "Profit5" for Scope.

(you can see it's the Scope version because the FX section is in the photo)

There is no reason why the P12 / P5 should not be available to Noah users. (it is already on the FTP site)

I refuse to believe that CW think a release for NOAH would affect the sale of P12 ASBs. The whole concept of ASB is likely to be aimed at a new market of first time buyers of CW gear, and not solely on the market of already devoted CW fans.

Further postponment of the P5 for NOAH only creates annoyance - come on CW! Let us NOAH users go Prophit!

It's Musikmesse... Isn't this the ideal time to release Pro-12 Noah to the public????

News on the P-5 for noah.

I emailed a question about this to Creamware's Vancouver office last week, and received this interesting reply:

Quote:

according to the last info we got from Ralf D. the Pro-12 for Noah
is 98% ready - major known bugs (if you may call them so)

It still says "profit-5" instead of Pro-12
In one window it displays "Prophet-5" instead of Profit-5 or Pro-12

Advantages since last beta:
Midi Controller table now available and part of manual
Now fully controllable via MIDI
Now 128 presets available

If the customer wanted to buy it now. the Standard price is 198 Euro,

bill the user and send us the hardware serial # of his Noah
and I will take care, that he receives the necessary files (zip or oxe)

end of Quote

So the choice is you can buy it now (198 USD) or wait until it is fully released.

I don't have Noah so I can not comment on this device.

Best regards,
Ali Fawaz

I just read the review of the PRO-12 in Sound-on-Sound. I think I am willing to pay the price for such a great synth on the Noah ! So who is going to give it a try first ? Marc.

We would only buy it if Creamware officially release it & only at the special 'Noah/EX user who's been waiting for it for TOO LONG' discount price of 99euro. If they want us to beta test the software, we ain't paying 198euro for the privilage. If it's finished, announced & officially released bug free, then we'll go for it sooner or later depending on the price (as mentioned above).

I wonder w3hy it it is so hard to put some new graphics on the plugin...

Anyway. where is this quoted "new beta"? At least not on the CW FTP...

I filed an order on the 99Euro Pro12 for Noah at the link mentioned above. Send them my serial# now waiting for them to reply
In the meantime I almost bought the original on Ebay but luckily I lost.

At 99Euro I would buy Pro12 for Noah without a thought. 198Euro would be a bit more painful. Introduction price of 148 as with the Prodyssey would be nice.

Just really looking forward to the Pro12

I took that link about the 98Euro Pro12 and forwarded to Wolf Roth (MD) and I got the following reply.

(We will make available the Pro-12 for Noah on our webshop at 98 Euro within the next week hopefully and please send to the Planetz forum my best regards, Wolf)

Henrik,

Don't hesitate to tell us when you got it and give us your first impressions.

For 99 €, I think will buy it. I had already also planned a BCR2000 template for that NOAH device in the same mind as the one I did for Prodyssey, Pro-One and Minimax.

Prodyssey:

Pro-one:

Minimax:

Keep us informed
