I saw the Noah P5 on musiciansgear website and asked them about it. They say it's on Creamwares new pricelist and should be available within 3 weeks.

still the p5 on musiciansgear, 87 €
perhaps it is out now, but CW online shop isn't that reactive?
Did anyone try to buy the p5 for noah at musiciansgear?

I kind of assumed it was a typo for "pro-one", considering they advertise "Andern" flexor

I contacted CW on Friday asking about P5 for Noah and, according to an email I've just recieved in reply the Noah P5 will be released 'within weeks'.

I just hope that that's a few weeks rather than several or many.

Atleast it's still in the pipeworks.

great news, thanks !

it's better not to wait too much though - we all know what "weeks" can mean.

Would you rather have a rushed product that's not properly tested/debugged, or something that works well? =P

i didn't mean "they better hurry", i meant "it's better to think not to much about it, waiting can be a pain" (well a very little pain, but i think u understand)

of course if they need time to make debugging & co i wouldn't blame them! i'm happy w/ minimax + pro1 + prodyssey + vectron player
(btw i'd love a full vectron for noah too  )

Yeah, that would be cool. Been thinking about that a bit lately, cos Vectron is a great synth in SFP, but the noah version is limited.

Perhaps it's not a possible port to do, given the wave extract/wavecreate functions.

I can't imagine how the Vectron could be all represented on the Noah screen, let alone hardware implementation!

Hey, wouldn't that be something.

Pro-one/5??>>>Vectron>>>Prodissey>>>Minimax

Bring it on..!!

Hhhm, who knows... maybe they're going to show native software.

When they announced the end of manufacture for the Noah they mentioned that they will follow the trend to cheaper products:
We will terminate the production of the Noah in its present form to make space for new products meeting the demands of the markets for more and more inexpensive prices.
Whatever this means.

Personally, I would love to see a virtual Jupiter-8

i think we better forget CW promises about a new noah synth

look at the news at creamware's site : hardware minimax and profit 5 !
quite expensive but sexy.

don't forget, if sales grow, anything is possible again.
Talking about a few years then

They look awesome!!

I'm guessing the minimax one would be able to act as a controller for the noah minimax. (5x minimoogs complete with original control surface - how cool is that?)

If they do any more of these I'd love to see them do a guitar style controller with a six string in it. LOL

...Oh and yes I'd love to see a jupiter 8 plugin also.

...But I reckon the six-string's more likely (LOL)

Saturn is probably the closest I've heard to a jupiter8 and even that's like comparing the miniscope to a minimoog.
