Channel Strip/Dynatube outside of XTC Mode

Hi all,

I am currently running my setup fine in XTC mode but wondered if the following is possible.

My system runs XTC with the jumper disabling I/O in XTC as I'm using a DS2416 mix card for my ASIO outputs - I believe that the I/O still functions however?
Is it possible to modify my XTC Project and connect my analogue inputs to a Channel Strip or Dynatube plug and then to my analogue outputs and process the audio through my Scope card before it hits the DS2416?

If so how do you get to the plug interface as this isn't available when not running a conventional Scope session?

Tried that but couldn't see anything?

Should it automatically appear when I open a project in Tracktion or when I instantiate an XTC plug in?
