nuendo2.2 crashes in Xtc mode!!!

Hello all;

On a new system (e6600, intel 965, 4GB ram, 2 pulsar 2 w/z-link to 2 a16)
xp sp2, if I open Nuedo in xtc mode, Nuendo says: "nuendo has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience"

If I open Nuendo in scope mode, no problem
