I've read the doc about patching xtc. (http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21703)
Does this mean that in NUENDO the devicesetup, asiosettings, contol panel for XTC the 16/24 bit button and the latency settings doesn't work and I have to patch lke mentioned in the document.
Or can control the settings in NUENDO?
thanks all!
Bart

I've checked the XTCProject.pro.
there is asio 2 dest
and asio 2 24 source.
This should be ok for 24 bit recording?
(I was wondering this because I have the feeling that in higher level peaks my sound is a bit distorted without the notification of clipping on my presonus AD or clipping in the nuendo input. 16 bit vs 24 bit mismatch...)
thanks

Hi,
you have first to setup your config with the ASIO panel in Nuendo (you activate as many inputs / outputs you need ...) then you quit Nuendo and edit the XTCproject.pro file for non standard wiring (adding XTCmixer, ...).
You have to patch Cset.ini to add the latency setting (you cannot modify the latency under cubase and maybe in Nuendo).
cheers
