No Available Creamware Outputs in Sonar

Post by iain010100 »

I have a problem with my Scope card (Luna) that I've never seen before. I'm unable to get any of my applications to output audio through the card. I've tried reinstalling the drivers and letting Sonar profile my hardware but neither Sonar nor EnergyXT2 will output audio. In EnergyXT2 I can see Sonar listed as one of the audio driver choices, but when I select it, no audio outputs are available.

Sonar's audio driver list does not show the Creamware drivers. Instead it shows "ASIO4ALL v2 Realtek HD Audio," the driver for my motherboard's audio hardware.

Sonar's Profile below. Note the "44100 Hz: not available":

==== Realtek HD Audio (1 in, 1 out) ====
11025 Hz: OK
22050 Hz: OK
44100 Hz: OK
48000 Hz: OK
88200 Hz: OK
96000 Hz: OK
176400 Hz: OK
192000 Hz: OK
==== CreamWare Play/Rec 1 (2 in, 2 out) ====
11025 Hz: not available
22050 Hz: not available
44100 Hz: not available
48000 Hz: not available
88200 Hz: not available
96000 Hz: not available
176400 Hz: not available
192000 Hz: not available

Any suggestions for what else I should try?
