Mic Preamp Does Anyone Have Advice?

I need a microphone Preamp. Does anyone have advice on what I should consider? I'm using an old senheinser 441.

i use behringer ultragain pro, apx € 250.
a stereo tube preamp with eq that works great and won't ruin you.
been using it on all my microphones for the last 2 years. works like a charm.
