New open source Eurorack Modular

Post by Ambient Source »

Just a heads up

https://vcvrack.com/

It's a really neat open source project, with clones of the Mutable modules and others
works really well with scope.
and free :-)

Thanks, will check it out :) I mainly use Reaktor Blocks for this, but its always nice to try new solutions.
Also noticed this today http://www.solostuff.net/solorack/ but haven't tried it.

Wow ! Thanks, Ambient source ! It looks very interesting ! Especially if it works well with Scope through asio ! I'm impatient for them to release the VST bridge !

Hm. When I select the "audio Interface" module, I get the Scope ASIO error. Did you do anything particular to get it running? I'm on 64 bit windows.

Yup, I'm on win 10. Trying the 7 and 8 comp. mode, the program itself just hangs when trying to access the audio interface. Bear i mind that vcvrack is in version 0.3.1, so I guess a lot is still to be worked out, I guess it's win 10 problem. Ambient Source might be running win 7 or 8 64bit?
