The combination of Studio One v3 and Scope 5.1 runs excellent.

Although, the computer's Operating System is mainly responsible for DAW's MIDI latency and jitter, Studio One v3 seems to have very tight MIDI timings on Win 7 32bit (using Scope's Sequencer MIDI Source module).
Studio One v2 on the other hand, performs less accurate in MIDI timings IMO

In the same line, there is Tracktion 7, which is a brilliant DAW and plays ball very nicely with the XITE. I have it working is SFP and XTC without issues (had some trouble getting XTC plugins working, but Gary and Tracktion guys helped me out nailing it).

Not my cup of tea, but they do work well, I tried it with Win 7 64-bit, stable.
