Recently I have been studying Marko Rodin's Vortex Mathematics.
Its a very interesting model where you use "Pythagorean Reduction". Basicly you add a numbers untill you get a single digit. (16=1+6=7).
To deepen my understanding I have started with visualsing the model. I've attached some pictures with my first attempts.
The numbers generate very interesting patterns.
The other interesting part of this model is that they line up with Pythagoras music scale, the 432hz. This mathematical model, for me, is proof there is indeed something special about 432hz.
Hope you enjoy.

Re: Vortex Mathematics

So I think how the scale works is we do doubles downward, and triples to the right.
Code: Select all
C G D A
--------------------
1 3 6 9
2 6 12 24
4 12 36 108
8 24 72 216
16 48 144 432
