Control Room module for surround mixes

Greetings All
I have a few questions below:
1) I noticed that the surround mixers in Scope do not have a proper surround control room monitor section. The stand alone "control Room" module also does not offer this. Is there a 3rd party solution that could accomodate this? I use a dedicated 8ch AD-DA for this sole purpose (control room i/o's)
2) Panning in the surround mixers: in the advent where where you want to pan a source in the L/R busses only there is a loss of about 22 db when sent to L/R only. I also played with the "Pan Intensity" button but it does not behave as I would expect.
3) The expected behavior is the one from the smaller surround mixer: STM16S. If a source is only assigned to L/R then the suround pan behaves like a normal stereo pan, unlike the larger STM48S.
Any suggestions?
