I havn't bougt ZeeEdit yet, because of their "limited to one computer" licensing-policy. My pc is 5 years old and I've been thinking about upgrading "soon", before that happen I will have to live with the free editor which does an ok job.

I get the impression that you like ZeeEdit?

Don't buy it.
I used a friends FS1r and ZeeEdit as he showed me how to use the FSeq stuff for some cool custom vocal stuff.
Then went and bought it on PayPal but day after day went by, I kept sending the order from with serial number info. and after a week I gave up.
Think the guy died and his kids are accepting PayPal money thinking it's a donation to help for funeral costs or something.

Here's where my FS1r sets.
Right with the other FAT BASTARD and the HX-3 Hammond Module above.

Looks great, man !

But now show me how "snow" decays, please ... :D

Bud

P.S.:
I too like analog & FM combo,- Yammi TG77 in my case ...
But FS1r 1HU form factor is tempting.

I have to do that orally.

One thing about FS1R is that Zebra2 blends with it really well, I also use those GTR. Dist patches to blend with Kontakts Orange Tree Banshee Guitars.
They have the real low E and D strings making metal a pleasure to play.
I can get some narly power chords and when switching to selected voice guitar playing they fit rather nicely.

We do some old Bloodrock stuff like Breach Of Lease where Solaris Zebra2 and FS1R add spooky sounding stuff.
Its a whole new world....

Here's the modules and filters/monitors needed to run Scope XITE-1 w/ FS1R + ZeeEdit.

Extra hardware would be a Merge Box which would include the output from your Keyboard or MIDI Controller,
merged with the output from the XITE-1.
These merged MIDI signals are inputted to the FS1R.
MIDI Output from the FS1R into the XITE-1 gives you the playability and bi directional signals needed.
