Audio pass thru module...

Post by Bifop »

Hello, I'm looking for an audio pass thru device. That's it, no algo, no presets, just some virtual wire in a module. It doesn't really need a gui or a tiny one.

I need this for side chaining and other audio experimentation under xtc/sfp.
I would appreciate if someone takes the time to do one.

TIA

That would just eat resources.

Yes, a delay would eat ressources.
I actually found something similar to what I needed, sligtly different though (it's the Y wire from MD69). That one has two pair of outs while I need only a simple stereo pass throught.
Actually it's funny to see people designing extremly complex moving eq's or splitting filters etc... and not even being able to fullfill a simple request like this one.
Ah, forget it.

As requested, simple Audio pass thru module in Stereo. There's a mono version in the zip as well. Still not quite sure what you'll do with these, but hopefully they'll meet your needs Bifop.

Merry Xmas.

Thanks a lot Shroomz !! :)
I just tried it and it works perfectly. I use it as a bridge beetween xtc plugins or as a sidechain key.
See here
Still experimenting the possibilities of XTC mode with no latency where the audio from any dsp plug (or the audio pass thru module) can be seen (and sent to) the front 4896 mixer.

(Late) Merry Christmas to you.

Glad to help. I would've done it sooner, but you weren't perfectly clear in stating exactly what you needed. If people posting simple requests in this wishlist can be more specific when explaining what they need & why they need it, it'll be easier to do.. :)

Happy New Year & CHEERS!!!

Yeah, you got the right word. I was just making a joke about our reputations.

Anyway, I wasn't so much coming to the rescue as throwing a dummie back into a pram. :)
